After I was already invited in 2015 to complete the VJing-Masterclass at Bandit-Mages with a little evening course about music, the fourth edition will be an extended version combining both genre equally: audio + visual.
Next to the elemental goal of learning the software skills in Resolume / Modul8 or Ableton Live, the global idea is to team up with the participants of the respective other workshop and to apply and enhance the new learned knowledge directly in a collaborative live performance, which will be presented in the end of the seven days publicly at La Friche l’Antre-Peaux.
The masterclass, taught together with Laurent Carlier (VJ and director of Vision’R VJ Festival), A-li-ce (VJ and video artist) and Gérald Kurdian (performer and musician) will take place at Bandits-Mages in Bourges (France) from 26th August to 1st September, 2018. The language of the masterclass will be English.
Deadline for registrations is the 15th of July, 2018.
